So, special events in my life…
I don’t want to bore anyone with a long-winded story about a special event in my life so I’ve decided to go for a list option instead.
1. Going to nationals for sailing. This was awesome, we were serenaded by a French tourist playing Jason Maraz on guitar to us on a rooftop at night over-looking Bondi Beach.
2. Getting rescued by the coast guard after taking out an inflatable canoe into the bay. The wind became really strong and the waves huge and, to put it simply, the 4 of us couldn’t paddle against the waves with the 2 ores we had.
3. The summer holidays. Nearly here… Actually am so excited about them.
4. Going on aimless walks around the neighbourhood with Paige and laughing at people going past on home-made electric scooters.
5. Long car trips with Charlotte and the things she comes up with to entertain us – ie taking ugly photos
6. Oh another funny time was Seaworld with Paige and Olivia and the seedy worker there who actually made us scared for our lives.
And yep, that’s about it…

Ok, so first blog ever…
I’m not going to lie, I have no idea what to write. Tried going to Charlotte’s blog and Paige’s blog to get ideas…still nothing, although there were fantastic. It took me a whole lesson to pick a theme and I still don’t like it. I’m looking around the room and everyone else’s looks nice and it’s making me nervous.
So we’re meant to write about our “favourite things” and the first thing that comes to mind is my friends. They are quite amazing creatures.
My favourite movie would have to be Anchorman. “I’m very important. I have many leather-bound books and my apartment smells of rich mahogany”
I also like to sail. No, not sailing as in Popeye sailing or cruising on million dollar yachts.
CAS is possibly the most amazing subject, because I get to sit next to Melinda…and she keeps me entertained and is hot.
My favourite TV shows are Project Runway, Next Top Model and Gossip Girl (yes, I just got Foxtel. Only took about 7 years to join the trend)
Toasted marshmallows are possibly the best invention to date.
Followed closley by brown sugar sandwiches.
Ambition in life: invent a food combination that is even better than these two
kidding
Anyway, I think that will do it for now.
